Bitumen Sprayer

Direct from-drum motorized sprayer for bitumen emulsion.
The drum lift operation enables full drums to be loaded, within the requirements for manual handling of heavy loads.

Technical information:

- Welded construction
- Gear type pump with relief valve
- A filter is fitted on the inlet plumbing
- An overload valve
- Briggs & Stratton engine.
  Alternative petrol engines offered: Honda GX120HX or Robin EY120
- Suction pipe with strainer
- Oil delivery hose
- Spray lance with control valve
- Rate of spray 20 to 25 litres per minute(depending on engine speed)
- Cold emulsion: Grade K1.40 or K1.60.

These sprayers are not suitable for pumping cold K1.70.
Some customers have used them for spraying warm K1.70 (80 degrees).
Cut back bitumen emulsion can also be used.
